This website and/or the RetouchMe mobile application (together “Service”) are operated by Good Retouch LP. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, refer to Good Retouch LP. The use of our Service is governed by the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Our Service offers information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations and have been written to provide a high-quality service.
Please read carefully these Terms of Use before using our Service. Your use of our Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, please cease using our Service immediately.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Age Limitation: The Service is not available to persons under the age of thirteen (13), or, in certain jurisdictions, under the age of sixteen (16) (the “Minors”), and we do not knowingly collect information from Minors.
If you are between the ages of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) and 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Service by Minors.
If you are under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), you may not download, install, access, or use the Service and should immediately discontinue any use of it.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained all necessary parental or legal guardian consent and are legally able to comply with these Terms.
Professional Service Model: RetouchMe is a human professional retouching service. We do not provide automated AI-based morphing filters. Every order undergoes a strict 3-tier human-in-the-loop verification process:
- Tier 1: Every edit starts with a conscious, specific request from the user for professional visualization.
- Tier 2: A professional human designer manually executes the request within artistic and ethical boundaries.
- Tier 3: A dedicated internal moderator performs a final safety check before delivery to ensure compliance with our safety standards and Apple App Store Guidelines (1.1).
The customer is defined as an Account profile of every user that launches our Service and has a unique Client ID.
Credits are defined as in-app purchase currency of the Service. The minimum order amount is 20 credits.
Retouched photo or video (Order) is defined as an image/video that is sent by the Customer for retouching and processed by our Service. Customer can send the Order for retouching only using Credits.
After sending the Order for retouching it can't be canceled by the Customer.
If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the completed order, they can request a redo within 14 days by using the “Redo” button. Our service offers one free redo per order. Any additional redo requests will incur a fee ranging from 20% to 50% of the order cost, depending on the number of previous redos for the same order.
Your redo request must be clearly formulated; otherwise, the designer may not be able to apply your comments to the order effectively.
If you wish to include additional retouching services (not part of the original order) in your redo request, please note that extra credits, equivalent to the cost of each new retouching service, will be deducted from your customer balance. For services not listed among the available offerings in the application, the Individual Retouch Service will be applied.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDIT PACKAGES
Credit packages offer access to a certain number of Credits and don't have an expiration date.
Basic retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 500 credits.
Standart retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 1100 credits.
Optimal retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 1700 credits.
Premium retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 3000 credits.
To subscribe Customer receives a high priority in the Order queue. The unused credits are deducted from Customer balance before subscription renewal or cancelation.
The cost per credit for both subscriptions and one-time purchases is determined without considering the varying tax rates that are established in each country, in accordance with the App Store's policy.
For convenience, subscription plans may also display an approximate number of orders available and the estimated price per order. These values are calculated based on the minimum cost of a single order — 20 credits.
3. LIMITATIONS
3.1. Customers have the right to access, update, correct, or delete their personal information that we store on our systems. If the customer wishes to exercise any of these rights, he must contact us at info@retouchme.com.
3.2. Prohibited Orders and Content. To maintain a safe environment and comply with applicable laws and Service requirements, you agree not to upload, submit, request, or otherwise provide any content that:
- contains nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, fetish content, or sexually suggestive imagery;
- depicts, promotes, or encourages violence, abuse, self-harm, exploitation, criminal activity, or illegal conduct;
- contains hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, bullying, humiliating, or abusive content directed toward any individual or group;
- infringes the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, portrait rights, or reputation rights;
- contains personal information of another person without proper authorization;
- is intended to deceive, impersonate, misrepresent, or falsely portray another person;
- is intended to create non-consensual, misleading, deceptive, or manipulated imagery, including deepfakes, identity manipulation, or synthetic content falsely representing a real person;
- contains unauthorized advertising, spam, scams, or fraudulent content;
- violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms; or
- is otherwise deemed inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, or objectionable by Service in its sole discretion.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
The Service reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review submitted content (orders) for compliance with these Terms.
We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or decline to process any order that, in our sole discretion:
- violates these Terms;
- contains prohibited content;
- may expose the Service, its employees, designers, users, or third parties to legal, regulatory, safety, or reputational risks; or
- is otherwise considered inappropriate for the Service.
Service may also remove content, suspend or terminate access to the Service, or take other actions reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, and third parties.
3.3. During using the Service, the Customer engages himself/herself to:
- Treat the Support team with respect and refrain from abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.
- Treat designers with respect when submitting requests, feedback, or redo requests.
- Not to share your Customer profile details with any third parties.
- Not interfere with, disrupt, damage, or misuse the Service.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Refrain from any activity that may infringe, disrupt or delay the Service to the other Customers.
- Not to sell, rent, share, or transfer your access to our Service.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Customer account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
4. YOUR COPYRIGHTS AND WARRANTIES
You retain ownership of any photos, images, or other materials submitted as part of an order through the Service.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you own the submitted materials or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, modify, and process them through the Service, including any required permissions from individuals depicted in such materials.
You grant the Service and its designers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, reproduce, modify, and process the submitted materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested retouching services and fulfilling your order.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted materials and the requested retouching do not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, or other rights of any third party and do not violate any applicable laws.
The Service does not verify ownership rights or conduct copyright infringement reviews. Obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and consents remains solely your responsibility.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, SDKs AND ADVERTISING
Our Service may include third-party services, including but not limited to analytics providers, advertising networks, and other service partners. Such services may be integrated through Software Development Kits (SDKs), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or similar technologies.
- You acknowledge and agree that such third-party services may collect and process certain technical and usage information from your device, including but not limited to device identifiers, IP address, device type, operating system, and interaction data.
- We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party services. Your interactions with such services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
- Our Service may display advertisements provided by us or by third-party partners. You acknowledge that such advertisements are a part of the Service and may support its availability.
- We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or services advertised by third parties. Any transactions or interactions you have with advertisers are solely between you and such third parties.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party services, content, or advertisements.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is available on “as is” and “with all faults” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that the Service or the server that makes the Service available is free from any harmful parts and components, including viruses. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
Information on the Service is as accurate as possible and the Service is regularly updated but may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or gaps. If you find any inaccuracy or mistake, please inform us via email info@retouchme.com describing the problem.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Service, such as prices, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, logos, and others, belongs to Good Retouch LP. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, even partially, any content without Good Retouch LP's express written approval. Non-respect of this prohibition can engage the civil and penal liability of its author.
8. REFUND POLICY
8.1. General Terms. This refund policy applies to the RetouchMe mobile application available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.
8.2. Refund Conditions. Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by the respective app store's policies. Users are required to initiate the refund process directly through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.
8.3. Impact on Credit Balance. In the event of a refund approval, the current credit balance within the RetouchMe app will be reduced by the amount of the refunded transaction. This reflects the reversal of the purchase for which the credits were initially awarded.
8.4. Limitations. Refunds are only possible within the constraints of the app store's refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests directly through our app or customer support service.
8.5. Additional Information. For more information about refund policies, please refer to the relevant sections in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
Our Service may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to these TERMS OF USE. We reserve the right to update or modify these TERMS OF USE at any time without prior notice. These TERMS OF USE were last updated on the date indicated above. All modifications of TERMS OF USE replace and cancel previous stipulations as soon as they have been accepted expressly or tacitly by Customer.
