Our Service offers information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
In case, you start to use our service as an independent content creator, please read carefully the UGC policy.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
We provide a professional photo retouch service from an expert graphic team of designers.
The customer is defined as an Account profile of every user that launches our Service and has a unique Client id. All photos retouched by the Service are owned by the customer. The customer can dispose of a retouched photo at his/her discretion.
Credits are defined as in-app purchase currency of the Service.
Retouched photo (or Order) is defined as an image that is sent by the Customer for retouching and processed by our Service. Customer can send the Order for retouching only using Credits.
After sending the Order for retouching it can't be canceled by Customer.
If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the completed order, he/she can redo it during 21 days using the "Redo" button. Our Service provides 2 free redos for each order. Each subsequent redo may be from 5% to 40% of the order cost. The percentage depends on the numbers of previous redos for each order.
Your request for redo must be clearly formulated otherwise the designer can’t apply your comments to the order.
If your request for redo contains a desire to add new retouching options (that are not in the current order), additional credits will be deducted from the customer balance in the amount of each new retouch option cost.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDIT PACKAGES
Credit packages offer access to a certain number of Credits and don't have an expiration date.
Basic retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 500 credits.
Standart retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 1100 credits.
Optimal retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 1700 credits.
Premium retouching - Monthly is a monthly subscription, that offers access to the 3000 credits.
To subscribe Customer receives a high priority in the Order queue. The unused credits are deducted from Customer balance before subscription renewal or cancelation.
The monthly subscription billing cycle is 1 month.
3.1. Customers have the right to access, update, correct or delete their personal information that we store on our systems. If the customer wishes to exercise any of these rights, he must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.2. You may not order retouch of violent, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos via our Service. If your photo does not satisfy these requirements, we save the sole right not to perform retouch of photo with reserving of your payment for your next order.
Our Service reserves the right to delete, edit, or rearrange content in its discretion. You acknowledge that any Content may be removed, modified, transmitted to the Service for the purposes of delivering the offered services. The customer is solely responsible for the Retouched photo he uses, not Service.
3.3. During using the Service, the Customer engages himself/herself to:
- Be gentle with the Support team during solving appeared issues.
- Be gentle with the designer in your request for order redo Respect laws and regulations in force.
- Not to share your Customer profile details with any third parties.
- Not to harm the Service.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
- Refrain from any activity that may infringe, disrupt or delay the Service to the other Customers.
- Not to sell, rent, share, or transfer your access to our Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or withdraw access to any Customer profile that does not comply with these rules without your prior notice.
4. YOUR COPYRIGHTS
We respect the copyrights of photographers and other copyright holders. The Service does not perform copyright infringement inspection, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he has the necessary authorizations and/or permissions to use the images.
If you believe your copyright in a work has been violated through this Service, please contact RetouchMe for notice of claims of copyright infringement at email@example.com.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is available on "as is" and "with all faults" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that the Service or the server that makes the Service available is free from any harmful parts and components, including viruses. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
Information on the Service is as accurate as possible and the Service is regularly updated but may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or gaps. If you find any inaccuracy or mistake, please inform us via email firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Service, such as prices, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, logos, and others, belongs to Good Retouch LP. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, even partially, any content without Good Retouch LP's express written approval. Non-respect of this prohibition can engage the civil and penal liability of its author.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1. General Terms. This refund policy applies to the RetouchMe and RetouchMen mobile applications available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.
7.2. Refund Conditions. Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by the respective app store’s policies. Users are required to initiate the refund process directly through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon Appstore and Samsung Galaxy Store.
7.3. Impact on Credit Balance. In the event of a refund approval, the current credit balance within the RetouchMe app will be reduced by the amount of the refunded transaction. This reflects the reversal of the purchase for which the credits were initially awarded.
7.4. Limitations. Refunds are only possible within the constraints of the app store’s refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests directly through our app or customer support service.
