Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RetouchMe Pro service ("Service") operated by GOOD RETOUCH LP (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICE

RetouchMe Pro is a photo retouching service that utilizes professional human Photoshop designers to retouch customer photos.

2. DELIVERY POLICY

We commit to delivering your retouched photo(s) within 24-72 hours after your order has been sent for processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the retouching and the volume of orders. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeframe.

3. PAYMENTS

We accept credit and debit card payments. By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

4. PHOTO LICENSE

All rights and licenses to the retouched photos belong solely to the customers. We do not claim any ownership rights in the retouched photos.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection, privacy, and information security, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect, process, and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. USER CONTENT

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you submit to RetouchMe Pro.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

If you have any dispute with us, we encourage you to contact our customer service at info@retouchme.com first for resolution as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, the dispute shall be referred to an independent and neutral third party for mediation. If mediation is not successful, the dispute shall then be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction where GOOD RETOUCH LP is located.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Please be advised that our services are subject to modifications on an occasional basis. Consequently, there might be instances where we need to amend these Terms of Service. We hold the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any given time, without any obligation to provide prior notice. The last update to these Terms of Service was carried out on the date specified above. Any changes to the Terms of Service will supersede and annul prior provisions as soon as they have been expressly or tacitly accepted by the Customer.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Please be advised that GOOD RETOUCH LP will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits or revenues, whether suffered directly or indirectly, as well as any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses that could arise from your use of our Service. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our Service's information and update it regularly, it may, on occasion, contain inaccuracies, omissions, or gaps. In the event that you identify any such inaccuracies or errors, we kindly ask that you bring this to our attention by emailing us at info@retouchme.com, providing a description of the issue at hand.
