This Return and Refund Policy is applicable to your use of the RetouchMe Pro service provided by GOOD RETOUCH LP. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services, but we understand that there may be instances when you are not completely satisfied.
1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We aim to deliver services that meet your expectations. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality of the retouched photo, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the photo. We will do our best to revise the photo according to your requirements. Please note, revisions are subject to our discretion and in line with our service capabilities.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- If the completed retouched photo does not meet the quality standards promised by us, and we are unable to improve the quality through revisions.
- If you accidentally made a duplicate order and reported this to us before the start of the retouching process.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
- If the retouching order has been completed and delivered on time.
- If your dissatisfaction arises from factors outside our control (e.g., quality of the original photo, unrealistic or unachievable retouching expectations).
If you're eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team with your request. Include your order number and reason for the refund. After reviewing your case, if approved, we'll process your refund to your original method of payment. It may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. CHANGES OF THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to change this Return/Refund policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
